Grand Kampar Hotel is a 3-star hotel and one of our favourite hotel mainly because my wife is from Kampar and her hometown is the small town of Malim Nawar. The hotel is about 5 Km from Malim Nawar and as such this is our transit everytime we come back to Malim Nawar. We have been coming and staying here ever since it first open (I can't remember what the year was !!) and we have been coming and staying here ever since....

Haunted Hotels in Malaysia....

A friend of mine went to a hotel in Port Dickson last week and wrote in her Facebook that they actually checked out of the hotel 30 minutes after checking in - Reason was that she looked up the hotel's review and found out the hotel is actually haunted !

Well, over the years of staying at various hotels (even the ones listed as haunted), we were fortunate enough not to encounter any paranormal activities except there was one time we were on a holiday in Port Dickson too when we decided to try a resort at Bt 13 Jalan Pantai, Port Dickson. (I'm not going to name the resort but there have been a few reviews on other's blog that mention it being haunted). That night both my wife and I could not sleep and (we found out later) both of us had actually focused our eyes at the wardrobe beside our bed. I do not know why but we were actually focusing our eye at the very same spot and had goosebumps. However, we did not see anything there. The night was very dramatic with heavy rain and lightning and all. Was it just us or is there really "something" there by that wardrobe?
